Dubai Creek

A natural arm of seawater, the Dubai Creek slices right through the center of the city, separating Bur Dubai from Deira. Visitors can stroll along the paved sidewalks or visit the recreational Creekside Park where the little ones are sure to enjoy themselves. The vantage point allows both locals and tourists to breathe in the fresh air, and those inclined towards sailing can approach the many dhows and abras (boat taxis) which offer several excursions. A boat tour comes especially recommended after sunset, as the city's skyline looks particularly beautiful at night.
