Search Radius (Miles)
Yumla

Good music, fine alcohol and hip crowd are only some of the characteristics of this place. People come here to party after a hard day of work. The ambiance helps in relieving some of their stress and edge them towards a night of dance and revelry. Welcoming feel and multiple genres of music keep people coming back.

Yardbird

Yardbird is a modern yakitori eatery. The restaurant is the brainchild of Chef Matt Abergel, whose repertoire includes establishments such as Massa, New York, and Zuma, Hong Kong. In fact, Yardbird does have a distinct New York City vibe with its sleek, minimalist lines and black-clad servers. Although Yardbird offers a variety of chicken skewers, the menu also has dishes that use each part of the bird—neck, wings, skin and all. Standout items on the restaurant's menu include chicken breast skewers, chicken meatball served with egg yolk dipping sauce, kimchi fried cauliflower and crispy chicken fried rice. Innovative, expertly mixed cocktails such as Whiskey Lemonade and varieties of wine, sake and beer are also on offer.

Weinstube

Weinstube is a favorite haunt for many—tourists, salary men, locals, expatriates and wine connoisseurs. With an ultra-clean wine bar, seating for about 20, and a range of great European wines, it is easy to see the popularity of this wine bar. The buffet lunch is reasonably priced and you get to sit at comfortable tables that do not rock and spill your drink. Weinstube is definitely recommended as a retreat after a shop-a-thon in Tsim Sha Tsui.

Hair of the Dog

The Hair of the Dog occupies a quiet corner on Hart Avenue, which is a short distance away from the teeming crowds of Nathan Road. This dimly lit pub stays open until the early hours of the morning and offers live telecast of sporting events, like English premier league soccer on its as entertainment for its patrons. The pub is also equipped with a jukebox that plays old time rock tunes. Let's not forget The Hair of the Dogs offers a beverage menu that features a wide array of beers, spirits, wines and cocktails, most of which are offered at truly attractive prices during the pub's extended happy hours. - Anjeeta Nayar

Ozone

Ozone, situated on the 118th floor of the Ritz Carlton, is known for its jaw-dropping views of Victoria Harbor and beyond. Accessible via high speed elevator (whose lights dramatically dim as you are transported upwards) from the 103rd floor of the hotel, this bar features futuristic décor created by the Japanese design company Wonderwall. Ozone is equipped with long bar counters that offer a great selection of wines, spirits and specialty cocktails which can be enjoyed with hearty bar snacks like tandoori chicken, sushi, spring rolls and more. This elevated watering hole also hosts a DJ booth and an outdoor deck, facilities that contribute to making Ozone the perfect spot to drink, dance, and dine while soaking in gorgeous views of Hong Kong.

The Globe

The Globe is a gastro-pub located in the heart of Hong Kong's Soho dining district. The restaurant occupies a fairly large space that is fronted by a deceptively small doorway, and patrons are usually surprised by the size of the restaurant once they enter. The Globe has a distinct English pub-like feel. The décor features a prominent bar, much wood seating and blackboards that announce daily specials. The menu at the Globe accordingly offers pub fare like beer battered cod with French fries, homemade sausages and a variety of hearty pies which are immensely popular with its patrons. -Anjeeta Nayar
