From the ashes of the former Fleur de Lys, celebrity chef Hubert Keller presents more simplified, yet highly recommended tasting tapas dinners instead of a more traditional classic French repertoire. The restaurant is located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and though the menu may have changed, the decor hasn't been modified too much. With golden chairs, cropped rock architecture and white tablecloths, the space still has a casual, yet elegant ambiance. Chef Keller is constantly changing the menus, but one thing you can rest assured of, the experience will be one you won't soon forget.
When celebrated chef Michael Mina decided to open his first steakhouse concept, Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino stepped up and provided a sharply designed space for him to operate. Stripsteak offers up Angus and American Wagyu beef cooked on a wood-fired grill, as well as impossibly tender slow-poached prime rib. The prices are up there, but the service, high quality food and unique atmosphere make it worthwhile for those willing to spend.
This restaurant at Mandalay Bay features the decor and cuisine from Soviet-era Russia. Actually, many of the dishes are a fusion of American-Russian dishes. For instance, you can still order Beef Stroganoff and Chicken Kiev, but you can also have your Filet Mignon and pizza. The kitchen also has an impressive selection of caviar in traditional style with toast points or blinis and available in one-ounce increments. To accompany your meal, try one of their huge selection of vodkas from around the world, including-of course-Russia.
Located in the grand lobby of the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino, the cafe offers guests a casual yet elegant dining experience. For breakfast, sample the Brioche French toast with figs, peaches, berry compote, and creme fraiche. Lunch items include gourmet sandwiches, and dinner entrees feature items such as seared salmon, pan roasted chicken with black truffles, and grilled filet mignon. Dinner is only available on Fridays and Saturdays; the rest of the week the cafe is open for breakfast and lunch only.
Stop by the Verandah Restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel and enjoy this very sophisticated and elegant experience. The food offered here is a mix of contemporary American and Italian cuisine. Breakfast features exotic fruit juices and fruits, while for lunch and dinner enjoy Maine Lobster Ravioli, Lemon Chicken Pappardelle, Chilean Sea Bass and more.
Besides having the luxury of being located in the Four Seasons Hotel, this restaurant has been an extremely popular dining destination for guests and visitors alike. Make sure to sample the aged artisan beef, but don't miss out on the frequently changing rest of the menu as well to find some truly unforgettable dishes. You'll love your meal so much, you may just have to come back again the next day!
This signature restaurant is certainly one of a kind. The atmosphere is down to earth and warm, making you feel welcome. The marine life travels from the Atlantic and Pacific to Rick Moonen's RM Seafood at Mandalay Bay Resort, to be grilled in sauces and spices by Chef Rick Moonen. If seafood is what makes your mouth water, then this is the place to go.
