"Polo Field by the River"
Kings Meadow is a large grassed area alongside the Helena River in Guildford was once set aside as public commons during the mid to late 1800s. Today, the four King's Meadows are used to graze animals and for public recreation, including polo. The Polo Club stages matches here in summer. The shelters and jetties make this a great spot for picnics and fishing. It is also a good area for canoeing. There is a children playground area and dogs are allowed if they are on a leash.
