The Museum of the Risorgimento (Turin) occupies the first floor of Palazzo Carignano, a baroque building commissioned by Emamuele Filiberto of Savoy Carignano in 1679 and completed between 1864 and 1872. In 30 rooms the story of national unification and the Risorgimento is reconstructed.
