Point Lynas Lighthouse

Situated on the beautiful coast of Angesley, the Point Lynas Lighthouse was established in 1779 and stands 39 meters high. The lighthouse was electrified in 1951 and automated in 1989. The lighthouse is very much noticeable because of its unusual and distinctive design.

St Eleth's Church

Constructed in a Neo-classical style, the St Eleth's Church dates back to the early 19th Century and is a Grade II listed building. The slate roofed church houses memorial stones which are believed to belong to the church standing here before St Eleth's was built. It also houses a font date comes from 1900. It is an active church which has been focused on serving the community.

St Fflewin's Church

One of the most remarkable church sites in the Llanfflewin region of Anglesey is the St Fflewin’s Church. Minimal in its size, the church rests itself by a farm. Holding immense monumental value, the site is a Grade II listed church. Most visible structural features of the church building date back to the 18th Century while the font is esteemed to be from the 14th or the 15th Century. The ancient rural church is well maintained even today and attracts a lot of tourist attention apart from the usual locals.

St Edern's Church

Churches are in plenty in the island of Anglesey, but the St Edern’s Church at Bodedern occupies inflated prominence. It is a medieval parish church, and the original structure was touted to have been founded way back in the 6th Century. Hoever, the present church was largely built during the 14th Century. It is finely represented in the perpendicular style of architecture. The site is a designated Grade II listed building by the English Heritage. The overall construction and the architectural supremacy along with fine windows add up to the picturesque site.

St Mary's Church

Exact date of St Mary's Church construction remains unknown but it probably dates back to the 12th and the 14th centuries. The present day church underwent restoration in the year 1882. However, lower alleys of the south and north walls of the nave and chancel as well as the west wall remain medieval. South chapel of St Mary's Church possibly dates back to the 16th or the 17th Century. Its font is barrel shaped and an uneven square-shaped foundation is created in its porch in the shape of a tankard. St Mary's Church is described by several historians and writers as being one of the most beautiful and arresting landmarks of Anglesey. It is marked as a Grade II listed structure.

St Iestyn's Church

Earliest elements OF sT Iestyn's Church's present building date back to the 12th Century. The church building has a memorial stone dedicated to Iestyn, dating back to the 14th Century and the cylindrical font dates from the 12th Century. Found at the west of its nave, the exteriors of the font are embellished with a carved pattern of three bands. The church's font is similar with respect to style and design with that of St Peulan's Church at Llanbeulan. During the 16th Century, St Iestyn's Church received its south transept. In 1865, restoration was carried and north window was added to the church building. St Iestyn's Church is marked as a Grade II listed edifice.
