The open, high-ceiling dining room of Kabuki makes a powerful statement with a few simple elements: the green walls set off red tiling on the floor, red seat cushions, and red leaves painted on the paper lamps overhead. The menu, on the other hand, is a tome of complexity, with pages of sushi, small plates, large plates, and drinks whose contents are spelled out in Spanish and English. The food, however, is authentic Japanese cuisine and features plenty of ingredients which are rare to find in Antigua (notably, raw fish). Most dishes incorporate at least one meat, and vegetarians should check over the menu first to be sure of finding a meal.
