The next time you crave a snack in Ubud, stop by for a bite of some of the finest vegan desserts at Alchemy. The first vegan restaurant in Bali, Alchemy serves up a plethora of delectable desserts that look like quite the milk, flour and cream laden treats that they hardly are. Take a bite and you will most likely not believe that they are made from rudimentary, yet healthy ingredients such as raw cacao, coconut sugar, stevia, gluten-free oats and other organically rich components. Some of the desserts that must be tried to be believed are the Peanut Butter Cup, Lemon Coconut and the Cacao Pow. While Alchemy serves a ton of savory items that are delicious as well, few match up to the decadence of their desserts.
