Sea Circus offers classy bistro-style dining in well-to-do Seminyak that prides itself on world-beating coffee. Australian owned and operated, it has a funky selection of light meals, tapas, tasty desserts and also hosts Bali-wide barista competitions. There is a great choice of quality breakfasts, such as bircher muesli with strawberry, corn fritters with feta, chilli jam and eggs florentine on toast. Lunchtime platters to share include honey roasted pumpkin risotto, grilled seafood baskets, beer battered fish and chips are already legendary. There is incredible attention to detail in presentation and although not cheap, quality of ingredients is first class. Leave room for some homemade ice cream sorbet in a variety of weird and wonderful flavors.
