"Multipurpose Ground"

Thammasat Stadium opened in 1998 as a multipurpose ground. On being established it first conducted Asian Games tournaments. The stadium is operated by Thammasat University and hosts all the sporting and other events of the university. Apart from being the home field of the university, it is also the home ground of Dome Football club, and Bangkok United Football club, both being professional and reputed clubs of Thailand. The stadium is favorable for hosting international fixtures, and provisions for a scoreboard, remarkable floodlights and dressing rooms.
