Experienced coffee roasters, brewers and even laypersons have deemed Ceresia Coffee Roasters as one of the best coffeehouses in Bangkok. Many go so far as to say it is among the best coffee shops in Thailand. The owners are Venezuelans whose families have been involved in the coffee-roasting business for several years. They roast the beans in-house in small batches to preserve the original flavors. The selection of coffees rotates seasonally and the focus is on single-origin coffees, though one might find a few thoughtful blends. Beans sourced from Brazil, Colombia, Tanzania and, of course, Thailand are used to brew coffees with notes of sweet mandarin, grapefruit, chocolate, nuts and honey. Choose from mildly acidic, citrusy, creamy, sugary sweet and lightly caramelized coffees as per your preference. Do not miss the delicious carrot cake and other baked desserts.
