"Minerals and Lace"
Established in the 1980s, Arenys de Mar Museum comprises two sections - the Mollfulleda Mineralogy Museum and Mares Lace Museum. The museum also houses exhibits which earlier belonged to the previous Arenys de Mar Fidel Fita Municipal Museum. Presently a monographic exhibition space, Mares Lace museum features exhibits associated with lace manufacturing and includes collections by Vives-Nadal and Tortola Valencia. Mollfulleda Mineralogy museum contains an intriguing mineral collection donated by Joaquim Mollfulleda i Borrell, founder of Spain's first ever nautical training facility.
