A late medieval structure, Bow Bridge is found close to Furness Abbey and remains an accessible location from where one can cross the beautiful Mill Beck farm adjacent to ancient mill race ruins. Constructed in the 15th Century, Grade II listed Bow Bridge is a wonderful specimen of medieval bridge with three arches. It may be possible that the bridge was built to connect the abbey with New Mill nearby.
