The Corn Exchange in Devizes was built in 1857 as a commodities trading center and is marked by a statue of the Roman goddess of the harvest, Ceres. This center, today, comprises the Ceres Hall, which is used for concerts and conferences and smaller rooms Wessex and Yeoman Rooms, that are used for hosting small scale events.
