"Magnificent Ancient Church Site"
Among the diverse list of churches that hold immense significance in the village of Llanddona, the St Dona’s Church occupies a prominent place. While the present church building dates back to 1873, the very construction of the very first church on this site was done in 610. It has paved its way as a Grade II listed church and is a magnificent depiction of the Gothic Revival style of architecture. Erected by utilizing rubble masonry, the building also boasts of a massive dressing of freestones.
