Carra Castle

To the north of the small village of Cushendun in County Antrim, the Carra Castle stands to immense significance. It is also popularly referred to as Castle Carra. It is basically a ruined castle that entices almost every visitor and history enthusiasts in specific. The castle is home to a lot of history and was once home to the prominent Irish king Shane O Neill. Overgrown with a lot of ivy, the castle is in ruins in the light of the present day, but it undoubtedly makes a great tourist attraction.
