by Mazbln

"Old Railway Station near Wilhelmsruh"

Designed by architect Ernest Schwartz and established on 10 July 1877, S-Bahnhof Berlin-Wilhelmsruh is an old railway station situated in the northern region of the city. In the former days, the station was named Rosenthal Station and served as a significant landmark in the town’s development. The trains of Berlin S-Bahn serve this railway station. The station is now situated close to the locality of Wilhelmsruh but once lay within the bounds of this locality. It is commissioned to be connected with the Berlin–Groß Schönebeck Railway in the future.
