"Well-known 20th Century Art"
Featuring some of the most well-known art figures of the late 20th century, this gallery offers works in a diverse cross section of mediums and genres. Some of those genres include contemporary, conceptual, pop, minimal, drawing, mixed media, painting, photography and sculpture. Without a doubt the most famous artist displayed is Andy Warhol, the legendary pop artist who coined the term "15 Minutes of Fame". Among the best of the recent shows was "Standing Still and Walking in Los Angeles," curated by Terry Myers. Other artists represented here include Chris Burden, Dinos and Jake Chapman, Francesco Clemente, Eric Fischl, Ellen Gallagher and many others. Admission is free.
