Beacon Hill

The country park of Beacon Hill is a well known natural spot of Leicestershire. Located near Loughborough, it is often frequented by walkers and nature lovers. The site is spread across an area of 135 hectares (330 acres). The woodland and grassland of Beacon Hill houses a variety of flora and fauna and offers many recreational activities. The park offers parking space and can be reached on foot as well as by bus. The hill is filled with rocks of many kinds and the extinct volcano located on the hill adds to the natural beauty of the Beacon Hill.
