Bluebell Arboretum is an award winning nursery that is owned by a family and is traditionally managed. It houses a wide variety of shrubs, climbers and trees. It is recommended by the Royal Horticultural Society for its collection of some of the rare trees and plants. Along with the retail part it also harbors a nine acre woodland garden that you can stroll through. The tours are educational, informing the visitor's about a variety of local and rare flora that include interesting names like the Giant Redwood of Southern California, coastal Redwoods etc. In fact, it houses a small version of California's redwood forest. Britain's first Singing Sequoia was installed here in 2013.
