The Ancient High House is one of the highlight of Stafford's skyline. It is a timber framed Tudor building built around 1595 by the Dorrington family. It was reopened in 1986 as a museum which now fascinated its visitors with a glimpse into the lives of the the wealthy with its period furniture and decorative architectural features.
