Sacred Heart Church

The Sacred Heart Church stands to colossal significance in the seaside town of Blackpool. One prime reason for the same is the fact that it is the first Roman Catholic Church that was established in the town. Designated as a Grade II church by the English Heritage, it stunningly depicts the English Gothic style of architecture. The church has been erected and designed in a magnificent way with ample use of stone and the slate roofs. The active parish dates back to 1857 and thus has a long history.
