Ristorante Grassilli

The Grasilli restaurant is not far from the Towers and you may also reach it on foot from Piazza Maggiore. Inside there is a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and on warmer days you can eat out in the open. Dishes are prepared by the chef Jacques Durussel that as well as the classical regional dishes, also manages to combine the traditional flavors of Emilian cuisine with those of French cuisine. Among the dishes are gorgonzola gnocchetti verdi, potato ravioli with balsamic oil, chops alla Bolognese, calf's kidney with mustard and doughnuts with confectioner's custard and hot chocolate.
