Trattoria Amedeo

Trattoria Amedeo has been established for over 40 years. It is situated in the historical center near the lovely Porta Saragozza. The trattoria has the entrance below the low porticoes of Via Saragozza. It is decorated in country style.Bolognese cuisine abounds on the menu, the first course includes such dishes as Parmigiana with truffles, Tagliatelle with meat and mushrooms, Tortellini in broth, Garganelli. The second course has tempting thinly sliced beef with rucola and truffle, Mixed Grill, Steak with Balsamic Vinegar. On Thursdays and Fridays there are fish and shellfish dishes. Homemade desserts including Tiramisù and Bignè with hot chocolate. Italian wines, mostly from Piedmont.
