Join you host Pio in his kitchen and learn to make fresh Bolognese pasta - from tagliatelle to tortellini or passatelli - from scratch! In your pasta making lesson you will learn how to roll, cut and cook pasta for a delightful meal that may include a couple of dishes prepared in advance. The cooking portion of your experience will last about an hour before you sit down to enjoy the authentic Italian meal you helped prepare. Pio likes to pay homage to his roots, and often includes traditional Pugliese dishes as well, such as orecchiette with turnip greens. During this private Motor Valley day trip, visit three motor museums: Ferrari, Lamborghini and Ducati. Enter the factory to see the production line (Ducati) and enjoy the test drive of a Ferrari on the road (optional). The tour includes a private vehicle pick-up at the hotel (or train station), as well as a private guide during the day. This is a private tour, you will not be part of a group (except for the factory tour that is done in small groups). Please note that in case you choose the Ferrari test drive, it will be for one person regardless of the number of participants.
