"Haven of Renaissance Artefacts"
Built by John Hayes Hammond Jr., Hammond Castle Museum is home to all of Hammond Jr.'s archaic artifacts belonging to the Renaissance period. The beautiful castle also served as his personal residence and also included the Hammond Research Corporation. This was where several of Hammond's inventions took place; more importantly, it was where he produced the remote control. Visitors can take a tour and see its rooms, including the War Room, the Great Hall, and Renaissance Dining Room, among many others. The museum also offers educational programs to those interested.
