Other than the grand building, the castle also has a large, lush garden which is great for a little stroll.
Located in the Albert Einstein Science Park, Einsteinturm is an astrophysical observatory that is administered by the Astrophysical Institute Potsdam. The tower was built in 1920 by renowned architect Erich Mendelsohn and houses a solar telescope. Research and training continues to the present day to validate Einstein's General Theory of Relativity. Guided tours of the building are offered as well.
