The CEC Palace or Palatul C.E.C. is situated on Calea Victoriei opposite the National Museum of Romanian History. Located in Bucharest it is the headquarters of the National Savings Bank or CEC Bank. It is built in eclectic style and has a glass and metal dome on the top. The arch in the entrance is supported by two composite style columns. Designed by architect Paul Guttereau, its four corners are decorated with gables and coats of arms with renaissance domes.
