Borkonyha Winekitchen highlights contemporary Hungarian cuisine alongside a stellar selection of over 200 Hungarian wines produced by some of the country's best- and little-known wineries. The menu is composed of an extensive selection of exquisite, contemporary incarnations of traditional Hungarian dishes. On the menu, you will find artistically presented delicacies such as grilled duck liver and scallops with broccoli cream, saddle of rabbit over a spicy pear salad, goulash with beef tenderloin, and quail breast with steamed egg and Jerusalem artichoke. Every bite is a revelation, an epiphany, which will heighten your senses and make you keep going back for more.
