"Cycling Through Cornwall"

The cycle route of Cornish Way begins at Bude and stretches over 289 kilometers (180 miles) to reach Lands End. It passes through the towns of Padstow and St. Austell. The route is divided into six trails, each characterized by a landmark. The First and Last Trail begins at Lands End and travels until Hayle, where it joins the Mineral Tramway Trails to arrive at Truro. The Truro-Bodmin route is called The Coast and Clay Trail and traverses through St. Austell. The North Cornwall Trail moves from Bodmin to the vicinity of Bude. The other two paths offer an alternative route that passes from Truro to Bodmin through Padstow.
