"Animal Care"
Dr. Paul E. Zollman Zoo is more than just a space exhibiting animals. This zoological park protects wild animals that are indigenous to Minnesota. Majority of the animals suffer from physical wounds that have hampered their movements. Adequate care is given to these creatures, while visitors can interact with them. The zoo is home to over 30 species of animals; they include White-Tailed Deer, porcupines, coyotes, bobcats, foxes and more. The zoo is part of the Oxbow Park, and has pioneered environmental education here.
