"A Chapel of Healing"
A rustic, old but well maintained building in Whittlesford, the Duxford Chapel is a redundant 13th century christian place of worship. The chapel was originally built to be part of the St John Hospital, even though the hospital doesn't remain, this little chapel has stood the test of time. The interiors of the church are archaeologically noteworthy and worth a visit. Duxford Chapel is open to public almost through the year. It is currently a Grade II listed building which is maintained by the English Heritage society.
