Aztec Brewing Company is one of the oldest breweries in the region that was formerly established in the year 1921. The brewery was closed but later relaunched in Vista by John Webster 2008. They have a selected variety of beer on tap that includes Macaroon Nut Brown, Aztec Amber and seasonal ones like Bruja Baya, Black Raspberry Saison and many more. They also host musical events performed by local artists every Friday and Saturday.
With a promise of great taste and some of the finest brews, Belching Beaver Brewery opened in 2012. Owned and operated by Tom Vogel and Dave Mobley, the brewery serves delicious stouts and blondes, brewed by an expert team. You cannot leave this place without trying their Peanut Butter Milk Stout. They have a rotating tap list and a knowledgeable staff that makes it a wonderful experience here.
