The idea and aim is that you should be able to create beautiful macarons at home!We create macarons from the 4 basic ingredients and discuss how your macaronage (macaron batter) should look when it is ready to be piped.We move on to how to perfectly pipe your macarons and how they should feel when properly cured and ready for the oven.We then fill our macarons discussing flavors, others types of fill.
