Chatham

A quaint town, Chatham is home to several historic as well as popular attractions. Pittsylvania County's oldest building still in use, is found in Chatham. Dating backt to the 18th Century, it was originally a tavern. Chatham is noted for its walking tours and tourists can get the brochure from the historic Town Hall. The hall was constructed in the year 1894 and features a sprawling campus. Tomahawk Mill Winery lets visitors treat themselves to amazing wines while the vineyard overlooks a pristine mill pond.
