Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School

There's no better place to learn how to make your favorite dishes than this school. Opened in 1993 by Sompon and his English wife, Elizabeth, the school offers five different daily cooking courses, from making curry pastes to carving vegetables. The courses are fun and entertaining. Students are given their own cooking stations and utensils to use, and they prepare the dishes after watching the teacher demonstrate. All teachers speak excellent English.
