Ever

Named to evoke superlatives, Ever is a restaurant managed by Chef Curtis Duffy and Michael Muser, the former being a Michelin starred chef. The team which previously managed the popular restaurant Grace promises two set menus. While one includes recipes focusing on vegetables, the other includes seafood and other higher protein recipes. The restaurant has received critical acclaim since its opening in 2017, and has been named one of the best restaurants in the world by various publications.
