Koi Kemang

This cheerful brunch spot in South Jakarta is a decade-old institution that still stands after braving a slew of financial crises since it first began in 1993. A local gem, Koi Kemang is associated with hearty breakfasts and great coffee, a heavenly combination by any food lover's standards. Breakfast choices are simple, yet packed with flavor, like a plate of Steak and Eggs, or the Marinated Salmon Bagel that puts a spin on a breakfast favorite. If you're up for a boozy brunch, there's nothing quite like a Chili-infused Bloody Mary to perk up your day. The place also serves lunch and desserts, and one of the more dramatic dishes on their menu includes the A la Minute Smoked Salmon on Mango Salad, and the Red Fruit Pavlova, both of which are as much a visual treat as they are scrumptious choices.
