As you approach this public golf park by road, there is a chance you will see pelicans cruising lazily on Patawalonga boat harbor. Nice and relaxed: like the style of golf played around here. And with wide, forgiving fairways on the park's two links courses you can almost sense you will have a good round. Booking is required for the par 72 south course but not for the par 72 course, 18-hole course. Refreshments may be taken in the Sprigs Bar of the Westward Ho clubhouse. A lot of work has been done on fairway maintenance, and the tidy, red brick clubhouse has been suitably extended. The club features a modern, spacious bar and restaurant.
