Hidden just off of 120th through old town Broomfield sits a small, fast food-sized restaurant that is well-known to locals; Oscar's Kabab and Gyros. From the outside, Oscar's looks daunting, like a sub-par dive restaurant or a sit-down version of a street vendor's cart. Even the inside looks more like a fast food restaurant than anything of real quality. However, the food is remarkably delicious! Though the menu is limited to kabab dishes, gyros, and a few other Middle Eastern and Mediterranean staples, each is made fresh-to-order and tastes like it was homemade back in its native land.
