Constructed in 2003, Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena is a 15,000 seat multi-purpose venue. In addition to being an indoor sports stadium, it was specifically designed using state-of-the-art techniques to provide optimal acoustics for concerts. This venue has hosted numerous musical headliners and major sporting events. It is also the home of the Jacksonville University Dolphins men's basketball team. It can accommodate thousands of spectators, features luxurious sky boxes, as well as sky decks with private seating. The distance between home plate and center field in the Southern League is one of the longest in this field. For the convenience of the audience, there are plenty of rest rooms and first aid facility as well as a video scoreboard. With such great up-close views, it's difficult to not enjoy a game here.
Previously known as EverBank Field, TIAA Bank Field is a state-of-the-art sports complex located on the banks of the St. Johns River. This mega-complex seats 82,000 fans and is the home field of the National Football League's Jacksonville Jaguars. This venue also hosts the annual Gator Bowl football game on New Year's Day, as well as the Florida/Georgia college football game every fall. Past performances include rocking shows by U2, Garth Brooks, and the Rolling Stones. Concession stands are available with an indoor dining area. Special features include one of the largest scoreboards in the country.
Located at the University of North Florida, Hodges Stadium is a popular local stadium that was built in 2004. The stadium hosts a variety of athletic and soccer games. With a capacity of hosting upto 10,000 people, the stadium has hosted many prestigious tournaments in the past including the USATF National Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships, 2017 Rugby League World Cup qualifiers in 2015, and Atlantic Sun Conference Track and Field Championships.
