The Museum of Contemporary Art's sole mission is to encourage contemporary art and provide a platform for artists to showcase their talents. It's located in the Cultural Center of Detroit, an impressive 22,000-square-foot(2043.87 square meter) space. Not only for art exhibitions, the space is also open for lectures, events and screenings. Featuring 31 different galleries, studios and offices throughout the four flours, 4731 Gallery showcases a variety of mediums. Everything from sculpture, photography, pottery, mixed media, fashion and interior designers to wedding planners and music promotional companies can be found here.
