L' Unic Bar

This very pleasant pub is in the town centre. Dominique, the landlady, has no prejudices and from behind her bar under the pink neon lights she serves all her customers, whether they are rockers, artists, sailors or regulars, in the same friendly manner. The photos adorning the pub walls tell the tale of many a festive night spent here in the past and promise unforgettable hours yet to be spent in festivities among future friends.

11 Cours Jean Ballard, Marseille, France, 13001
The Shamrock Irish Pub

The attractive red facade of the Shamrock pub is a recent addition which brightens up the Vieux-Port area. Settle down for a drink around the big barrel tables or just prop up the bar, sipping a beer imported directly from Ireland, as is the rest of the décor. Make the most of the Happy Hours between 7p and 8:30p, and discover a few Celtic myths in the little curiosities around the pub and the infectious warmth of the Irish. An enjoyable atmosphere with highly charged musical evenings.

17 Quai de Rive-Neuve, Marseille, France, 13007
O'Brady's Irish Pub

O'Brady's Irish Pub, the most authentic Emerald Isle bar of Marseille, is traditionally decorated and always filled with a good vibe. O'Brady's is a real sports fan s den, its ceiling lined with soccer jerseys and scarves. All the OM games are shown there on three TV screens, but also English League games and other sports: rugby, American football, baseball – the programming is flexible, just ask! More than just good pints, the pub also serves brunch and daily specials for lunch. Club sandwiches and desserts are also available at any time. Mondays spotlight traditional Irish live music and there are daily specials on beverages. There is a terrace outside to hang out in the summer and a peat fireplace for fireside winter evenings.

378 avenue de Mazargues, Marseille, France, 13008
Le Red Lion

Located just across the road from Prado beach in the city's upmarket district, Le Red Lion's generous happy hours, jazz or blues concerts one Thursday each month, and performances by budding local rock bands on Wednesday nights are popular with a young crowd. Sit back and enjoy the pub's traditional décor of wooden furnishings and brass, while sampling from its superb range of beers and single malts. Cheers!
