Sébastopol

A large building on the corner, opposite the Sébastopol Theatre, the exterior is discreetly lit and elegance is the one thing you won't notice. The same applies to the interior. Jean-Luc Germont and Dominique Gadroy prefer to charm you with their exceptional menu! Lobster sauteed with bacon, prawns roasted with Séchouan pepper and melon, peas to accompany a whole roast pigeon in chocolate-flavored gravy, not to mention the sole, turbot and of course some very good vintage wines including Meursault and Beaune. Private rooms are available seating 4, 11, 23 or 45 people.
