Nine Fine Irishmen is about as close as you'll come to an authentic New York recreation of a real Irish pub - in Vegas. Located on the grounds of the Strip's New York-New York, the two-story pub keeps throngs of gamblers and party people coming back for pints of Guinness, plates of Irish Stew and Shepherd's Pie (as well as decidedly American fare like turkey burgers and shrimp pizza), dueling pianos, and more.
This restaurant at Mandalay Bay features the decor and cuisine from Soviet-era Russia. Actually, many of the dishes are a fusion of American-Russian dishes. For instance, you can still order Beef Stroganoff and Chicken Kiev, but you can also have your Filet Mignon and pizza. The kitchen also has an impressive selection of caviar in traditional style with toast points or blinis and available in one-ounce increments. To accompany your meal, try one of their huge selection of vodkas from around the world, including-of course-Russia.
From the ashes of the former Fleur de Lys, celebrity chef Hubert Keller presents more simplified, yet highly recommended tasting tapas dinners instead of a more traditional classic French repertoire. The restaurant is located inside the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and though the menu may have changed, the decor hasn't been modified too much. With golden chairs, cropped rock architecture and white tablecloths, the space still has a casual, yet elegant ambiance. Chef Keller is constantly changing the menus, but one thing you can rest assured of, the experience will be one you won't soon forget.
One of the best restaurants in the city, this lovely five room restaurant inside Mandalay Bay features waterfalls and live swans. The rooms all serve to convey a different feeling, but the contemporary American and seafood cuisine always conveys supreme flavor. One of the best-known features is the wine tower, with a multi-storied wine cellar complete with pulley-climbing wine "angels".
An island escape exists just a few blocks west of the Las Vegas strip. Frankie's Tiki Room offers a menu of original rum drinks and is decked out in beautiful tiki carvings. Moreover, the island beach decor makes Frankie's more than just a place to order up a drink - it is an experience. Open 24 hours a day, Frankie's offers unique drinks that, for an additional price, can be ordered in souvenir mugs. Check out the store for mugs, t-shirts, and more.

Beauty Bar, the salon-inspired nightclub, is a good destination in Vegas if you want to take refuge from the casinos on the Strip. The 1950s themed bar, complete with old-school salon chairs with hair dryers, takes you on a trip back in time. Look out for live music performances on their calendar.
