Loulay Kitchen & Bar is located in Down-town Seattle and has a fresh new approach towards French Cuisine. The recipes served here are inspired from the knowledge that Chef Thierry Rauturea, also known as the "Chef in The Hat", received from his mother. The beautiful restaurant is tucked away in a private courtyard and has a wonderful, romantic charm.
