Since opening at Marina Bay Sands, this celebrity chef restaurant has become a forerunner for the best steak in Singapore. The premium cuts of beef come from USA, Japan, or Australia, are aged up to 45 days, grilled to perfection, and then served with a gourmet sauces and sides like fingerling potatoes and wild field mushrooms. CUT is fine-dining with the prices to match, so if you’re craving steak on a smaller budget try the CUT Lounge, which offers steak sandwiches and steak frites. If you’re not a beef eater, there's fresh seafood, rotisserie chicken, lamb chops, and a variety of salads and starters.
Complete with a mounted moose head, Dan Ryans Chicago Grill is laid-back, lively and typically American. The barbecued ribs, served with a mouth-watering Smoky Sauce, are enormous, while the Fisherman's Platter comes with a huge serving of crumbed fish, squid and shrimp. A small selection of Italian pasta dishes, steaks, sandwiches, burgers and salads is also on the menu. Keep in mind that portions tend to be large and bring along someone to share with. The wine list is limited to mostly New World selections from France, Australia and the US.
Located on Turf Club Road, the Dancing Crab serves delicious crab dishes in a Cajun-Creole style. Start off with a light crab salad, before moving on to some heavier crab dishes such as Sri Lankan Crab, Boston Lobster and Alaskan King Crab. On the seafood menu, guests can also find some of their favorite Cajun snacks, among which are Raw Oysters, Spicy Cajun Wings and Popcorn Shrimp Po'Boys. A smattering of wines from various regions and non-alcoholic beverages make up the drinks menu.
