This complex comprises three distinct areas, namely, the Packard Building, Farmers Park, and the Anaheim Packing House. The Packard Building houses popular establishments like Umami Burger and the Anaheim Brewery. The Bruery

The Bruery offers locally made craft beer with the conventions of Belgian brewing. Established by brothers Patrick and Michael Rue, Bruery is the result of a passion for home brewing and a love of experimentation. Several exotic ingredients form the basis for these innovative brews, fresh-picked lavender and Thai basil making appearances in otherwise conventional ales. Bruery ensures that its brews are never filtered or pasteurized, retaining every ounce of their original character. The unique flavors and passionate ethos make it a worthwhile stop during tasting hours.

Ruin Bar

Immerse yourself in the serene atmosphere of a speakeasy, where dim lighting, vintage décor, and a sense of mystery set the stage for a beautiful evening. Alongside, savor Ruin Bar's signature potion-themed cocktails, each crafted with fresh ingredients and innovative flavor combinations. The signature cocktail, the "Ruin Potion," a blend of vodka, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup, is something you must try while here. When the DJ plays live music, get ready to let loose and dance the night away to the electrifying beats.

Durty Nelly's

Durty Nelly's is an Irish pub that has a great reputation and a happy atmosphere with a 19th-century vibe. The polished brass and wood paneling add to its authenticity. The clientele is jovial, and many of them are regulars who come in for a midday break or an evening toast. Everybody is family here, even if it is your first time visiting. Friday and Saturday evenings are quite eventful with karaoke starting at 9p and lasting into the wee hours of the morning. The service is quick and friendly, and the prices are reasonable.

The Wayfarer

Formerly the Detroit Bar, The Wayfarer is owned by Jeff Chon and follows in its footsteps, but with some slight twists. You can only enter this watering hole if you are 21 years of age or older. Its rustic American look is inviting, and it is a great place to enjoy happy hours, live music, and good food. You will find various genres of music played here by talented local musicians and DJs. Take a sip of draft beers, specialty cocktails, and whiskey, and nosh on bites like Korean Fried Chicken, Charred Peppers, and Mom's Mac.
