Museu do Rio Cuiabá "Hid Alfredo Scaff"

Housed in a building from 1899 that originally served as a fish market, Museu do Rio Cuiabá "Hid Alfredo Scaff" was named for a local resident who had an important role to play not only in the development of the market but also the navigation of the Cuiabá River. Today, the museum is an important source of information on the Porto district as well as the cities around the Cuiabá River.
