Regionalissimo

Regionalissimo is the best place to taste the local cuisine as every region of Brazil has a different one to offer. Established in 1982 to promote the food culture of Cuiabá, this restaurant has undergone many changes in terms of management and location. Yet has retained the flavor and authenticity of the dishes. Nestled in a late 19th-century building which was the site of the old Municipal Public Market, the eatery shares its space with Museu do Rio. Its rustic decor adds to the charm of this place.
